Stayed 4 days and nights, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Really nice stay, would recommend this to anyone. ||We had breakfast and used the pool facilities on a daily basis. Perfect for our needs, after walking around in Berlin all day.

Our favourite hotel in Berlin, great service as always, wonderful room. Location is ideal - quiet at night in a suburb with good places for breakfast and coffee, quick snacks, bio supermarkets, and easy travel to the centre including a brisk walk!

We had a great stay at this hotel and can highly recommend it. The rooms are very spacious, well equiped and come in a warm, classic design. The service is attentive, professional and friendly and accommodated a bunch of quite challenging last-minute requests. Special thanks to Ms. Aydin and the whole breakfast team for their great service!

Super hotel. Will definitely stay there again if we return to Berlin. The staff was extremely accommodating...they went out of their way to make us comfortable. The hotel arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport at the end of our stay.

Friendly staff, nicely furnished and in a great location - many shops and restaurants only a few minutes walk away. Highly recommended hotel, I stay in Berlin frequently for business and this was my first time at Louisa's place, I will stay here next time I am in Berlin for sure.

Highly recommend Louisa’s Place on Kudamm, Berlin. It was my first time staying at a hotel in Europe and it was a great choice. The staff are all very friendly and most speak fluent English. I enjoyed my nearly daily conversations with Gül! The restaurant was closed during my visit, but there are dozens of restaurants on Kudamm and you can always use Wolt or Liferando for delivery. The breakfast is delicious, all freshly made to order with a nice spread of fruit, pastries, etc. Perhaps most importantly, the coffee is excellent. The location is great if you’re okay with being based in Western Berlin. The U-Bahn is nearly outside the door and the S-Bahn is no more than 10 minute walk.

This is a beautiful hotel! Clean rooms, tall ceilings, overly friendly and courteous staff. Standard room has a separate bedroom, living room and full kitchen (washer is installed in the kitchen, so you can do laundry inside your room and dry your clothes on the balcony), tea kettle and coffee maker. They let us borrow the power adapter since mine wasn’t working (USA). Beautifully decorated, with gorgeous amenities in a great neighborhood. If I could give it 10 stars, I would!

The friendliest place in Berlin by far. Excelente family rooms!! Spacious with everything you need. Ideal with small kids who needs bottles, for the kitchenette with a dish washer and fridge. Perfect city apartment for vacations in Berlin.

Very good experience and nice quiet pool area. Staff was super friendly. Only thing you should be aware of is that the beds are quite hard, which is not good for our backs. We always bring extra, good inflatable mattresses for this, but I would expect a place like Louisa's to have better beds.

What a great location for this lovely hotel. The rooms are spacious and well appointed and though the hotel sits on the busy and exciting Kurfürstendamm, the quality of the windows shut out all noise. The breakfasts were so delicious, beautifully presented and the breakfast room looks out onto a garden. The staff was friendly and helpful. A real find in wonderful Berlin.

Rooms are very large. Bed is comfy and pool is lovely. Furniture in room is rather cheap--rattled when I walked by (I'm not overweight). Fitness center is small and boiling hot, with no water and only one fan. Seems a very good place for families.

This was a wonderful place. All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were escorted to our room by a member of the staff who explained everything. The room was very clean and comfortably furnished. My only regret was not being able to stay more than one night. I would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Exceptional in every way. The one bedroom suite we booked was actually a large apartment, not a suite like you would expect in a U.S. hotel, and was beautiful, with hardwood floors, a full kitchen and a balcony overlooking the garden. All of the rooms, including the bathroom, were very large. The location also was attractive and steps from a U Bahn station (Adenauerplatz). Within walking distance of several good restaurants, a grocery store and a bakery. And the staff all spoke English very well and were very friendly and helpful.

Was there over Christmas Holiday. Great hotel, rooms(beds so comfortable) room coffee is anther class above. Amenities (pool, gym.restaurant etc etc etc. Also the little bakery around the corner is just what you want for morning coffee. The hotel is in the center of Berlin; easy to get to everything. Buses, subway simple. The staff is the reason for its elegance and professionalism; outstanding people. Knowledgeable of course, they let us know everything we need to get around Berlin. I recommend it for any family that wants a comfortable and elegant hotel that matches your energy level. We will be back.

Really nice place to stay. We had our own apartment with simple cooking facilities and living area. The staff were helpful and nice. For anyone travelling with children who values being able to give them a simple breakfast and their own bedroom, this is better and cheaper than somewhere fancy where you would all share a room and still pay more.

Our Second Visit!!! We have a deluxe suite to celebrate our anniversary! As a gay couple, it is always a marvellous thing to not be asked if we definitely wanted a double bed.. which has never happened here! The rooms are spectacular, views are breathtaking, service is the very best, staff are soooo Friendly, pool is a must-see and very pleasant, and the housekeeping is reliable and always in the afternoon! Thank you so much to everyone here.. as two very socially awkward people, me and my partner make this our go to place when visiting!

We stay at Louisa’s Place whenever we’re in Berlin. Sometimes we come to Berlin just to stay here. It is always welcoming, clean, smoothly running, and comfortable. The kitchenette means we can make breakfast every morning or have a midnight snack if we can’t sleep. I love this hotel!

Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff. Room was superb, wonderfully spacious with a comfortable king size bed. Excellently placed within easy reach of the many major sights of Berlin.

Location is very good and central. Rooms are big and cozy. Staff is polite and nice. But those furnitures, pool area and overall quality is terrible. Especially furnitures are very dirty that I didn’t wanna sit. Pool is very small and dark. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.

We were a couple in our late 60s in Berlin for a week for museums and music. The hotel was perfect. The size and set up of the deluxe suite with balcony over the garden was lovely. Beds and linens were high quality. It was great having a well equipped kitchen. Location was perfect for using public transportation. A grocery and fruit and vegetable store was nearby. Lots of local restaurants within minutes. Staff was extremely nice, helpful. We would recommend this hotel to other couples in a heartbeat.
