Generously sized at up to 70sqm (753sqft), our family rooms for as many as 4 people offer you much freedom of movement for all family members and space for extra sleepers on the sofa bed or in the baby cot. A separate and cosy living room with a dining table or breakfast counter offers you more possibilities than any ordinary family room.

A fully equipped kitchen makes your stay a lot easier if you prefer to feed your hungry hordes yourself at certain times of the day. High-quality crockery, kitchen utensils, a ceramic stove with 4 hotplates and oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and, on request, a microwave and toaster are at your disposal. Upon request, we will also be happy to provide you with an iron and ironing board and let you use our washing machines and dryers. A supermarket, bakery, and other stores for everyday necessities can also be found in the immediate vicinity of our boutique hotel.

Of course, children up to the age of 5 eat breakfast for free – and are provided with safe plastic crockery for their meals. Baby cots, high chairs and extra beds for children up to the age of 5 are also included in the family room.
When on holiday with children, you may well want to do some laundry during your stay at the hotel. This is no problem at Louisa’s Place: we are happy to provide you with our washing machines and tumble dryers for your use. The family room is cleaned daily and you don’t have to worry about a thing. There are stools and non-slip mats for the little ones in the bathroom. The entire hotel is barrier-free.
SPORT AND FUN
Leisure time in the family room
So that they can also have fun in the hotel during their holiday in Berlin, there is a free DVD rental service for kids of all ages and special family times when they can swim and splash around in the pool. Swimming aids and diving goggles can be purchased on site. Children’s bikes, bike seats and helmets are available for hire by prior reservation for safe bike tours through Berlin. From here you can easily reach the most popular destinations in Berlin with children.
