You can check in from 15:00 on the day of arrival and check out by 12:00 on the day of departure. If you book your hotel stay directly on our website, we are happy to offer you the option of early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability.

Yes, you are welcome to park your car in our multi-storey car park, subject to prior reservation – we charge €28 per day. And of course you can charge your electric car during your stay at Louisa’s Place Berlin!

• By public transport: Take the underground or bus to the ‘Adenauerplatz’ stop right outside our door. The S-Bahn station ‘Berlin Charlottenburg’ with a connection to Berlin Central Station is a 6-minute walk away.
• By plane: BER airport is 28.5 km from our hotel, but can also be reached by underground and S-Bahn. We are also happy to offer you a transfer to the airport for a small surcharge.

From our centrally located hotel on Kurfürstendamm in Berlin, you can reach all the major sights by underground and S-Bahn. The Zoological Garden, for example, is 2.7 km away and can be easily reached by bus in 12 minutes.

The nearest train station (Berlin Charlottenburg) is just a 6-minute walk from Louisa’s Place.

At Louisa’s Place, you can choose your perfect retreat from 6 different room categories. In addition to superior rooms and premium flats, we also offer spacious family rooms. Or opt for one of our three suites: the Deluxe, Grand or Louisa’s Suite in Berlin!

All our suites are barrier-free thanks to level access and lifts. There are also no steps within the rooms and all showers have level access.

You can use our WIFI free of charge throughout our hotel.

All our Premium Apartments, the family rooms, our Grand Suite and Louisa’s Suite have a balcony. You can expect a winter garden in the Deluxe Suite in Berlin.

Our hotel offers space for small conferences and meetings. Up to 35 people can meet in our garden room, but our suites also offer the opportunity for business meetings of up to 8 people thanks to their spacious living area. If you need a little more space, the Berlin Exhibition Centre is just a few minutes away from Louisa’s Place.

Yes, we would be delighted! Louisa’s Place offers the opportunity to celebrate a variety of events such as weddings, anniversaries, private parties, birthday celebrations and other special occasions. Describe your project to us and we will be happy to plan your event at our boutique hotel. Our partner restaurant will assist us with all your culinary wishes.

Our wellness centre in Berlin Kudamm has a lot to offer: From the pool to the sauna to the steam bath, you will find everything your heart desires. We also offer massages, spa treatments and hairdressing.

Yes, you can really work out in our fitness area with a view over the pool!

Yes, we also offer external guests access to our Louisa’s Spa as a day spa. Please note that visits to Louisa’s DAY Spa are only possible in conjunction with a spa treatment from the DAY Spa packages on offer and that advance booking is required.

The pool is 8 m x 4 m long and has a depth of 1.40 m. The temperature is 29 °C.

We provide bathrobes and slippers in every room for guests to use free of charge upon arrival. Sauna towels and bath towels are always available in sufficient numbers at Louisa’s SPA.

Families get their money’s worth with us! Our family room in Berlin with fully equipped kitchen offers space for up to 4 people. In addition, we offer various services such as free breakfast for children up to 5 years, extra plastic crockery or high chairs. Children are also welcome at the pool at special times. We can also organise a babysitter for you via a professional agency. See for yourself the other advantages especially for families.

Yes, of course. We offer numerous extras to pamper you, so that you can enjoy an unforgettable stay at Louisa’s Place and/or treat a loved one to something special. Book these options together with your stay directly on our website or give us a call!

• Breakfast is served on weekdays from 7:00 am – 11:00 am, on weekends & public holidays from 08:00 am – 12:00 am
• You can enjoy Mediterranean cuisine in our restaurant. You can find detailed information in our ‘Culinary’ section.
• And our Vesper Bar is open Tuesday to Thursday from 19:00 – 02:00 and Friday and Saturday from 20:00 – 04:00.

We always endeavour to keep a small stock of food for guests with certain intolerances. However, please inform us if you have any allergies so that we can take these into account.

A total of 6 bicycles are always available for our guests to borrow. These are charged at EUR 18.00 per day/bike. On request, you can also hire additional bikes, e-bikes, children’s bikes and children’s bike seats for a fee.

Yes, you are welcome to book a long-term stay with us. From a duration of 15 nights you benefit from reduced daily rates and from 30 nights we can offer you even more discounts.

Yes, we offer vouchers. You can conveniently order gift vouchers worth at least £50.00 online. They are valid for 24 months. We hope you enjoy giving them as gifts!
