But that is pool
Dive into Berlin:
Our charming boutique hotel with a pool and sauna
Retreat to the intimate, calm atmosphere of our tranquil wellness & spa area called Louisa´s Spa. Many guests expect to find wellness areas only at Berlin’s big city hotels, and are surprised to discover our little gem: the Finnish sauna, next to it a steam bath, an ‘endless’ pool with counter-current system, and a modern gym.
The Louisa´s Spa at Louisa’s Place is used exclusively by our hotel guests and some selected day guests, which means things never get too busy, both in the sauna and in the artistically decorated pool and relaxation area.
Swimming pool
Enjoy a peaceful atmosphere around the pool of our family-run hotel, too. You can relax here, do your laps, or just sit back and admire the artist’s rendition of Potsdam on the walls. Thanks to the counter-current system and the shallow entry, the pool is suitable for big or small, young or a bit older, active or with limited mobility – for everybody, in other words.
Fitness , Endurance and Strength
Just relaxing isn’t relaxing enough? Is your motto more along the lines of ‘switch off by working out’? Then our modern gym has the right equipment for endurance and strength. Besides treadmill, weight bench and indoor cycle bike the new award-winning fitness mirror by VAHA leaves no room for any more excuses. Looking out the pool and the wall painting behind it, our gym may give you a whole new view of fitness.
Steam bath & Finnish sauna
Louisa’s Place offers you a nice change of pace, because it is quite rare to find a charming little city hotel with a sauna or steam bath and we have both! And at some times of the day it can happen that you have the Finnish sauna or the cleansing steam bath all to yourself. Not that we guarantee you a private sauna, but you might be so lucky…
About Louise
“I must give the strings of my mind some rest every day before restringing them, as it were, so that they retain the right tone and sound. If I fail to do this, I become out of tune and the sounds of the world only become cacophony.”
