What is an aparthotel?
An aparthotel is a group of fully equipped and ‘ready to live in’ flats managed by a single operator and offering hotel services ‘à la carte’. Unlike conventional hotel rooms, our 47 flats have the advantage of being perfectly adapted to the activities of daily life: it is possible not only to sleep here, but also to work, cook, do laundry… and all this in a much more spacious 40-117 square metres! For this reason alone, it is often worth considering a flat in an aparthotel such as Louisa’s Place for stays of more than a few nights in preference to a standard room in a conventional hotel.
Why book a flat in an aparthotel?
Despite the more spacious and varied facilities of the flats, you don’t have to do without additional services such as room cleaning or laundry service in an aparthotel. At Louisa’s Place, we also offer you the luxurious amenities of a classic hotel with its own spa (see Louisa’s Place benefits below).
What’s more, the living experience in our flats is always more sociable, with several living rooms offering space for family and friends. All flats at Louisa’s Place offer an excellent opportunity to meet your individual needs – whether you are staying long-term, travelling on business or bringing your family with you. Are the flats always equipped with a kitchen?
Short answer: yes! By definition, a flat must have one or more bedrooms (or a sleeping area), a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen/kitchenette – and we offer all of this in six different categories. In addition, each flat must be adequately furnished and have all the necessary furnishings (crockery, fridge, lamps, etc.), but this is a matter of course for us and is far from our standard. We have therefore added further amenities in all flats – please contact us if you have any questions.

You will not only feel at home with us as a business and long-stay guest, but also as a Berlin explorer, trade fair visitor, family and artist. Our hotel on Kurfürstendamm in Berlin-Charlottenburg is centrally located on the famous boulevard, with all shopping facilities for daily needs in the immediate vicinity and excellent public transport connections.
Our house was built in 1904 as a town house and has since been lovingly restored – with many details from the good old days, which give our aparthotel with its high ceilings and wooden floors a special charm. Nevertheless, you don’t have to do without modern amenities at Louisa’s Place, as all of our 47 flats are equipped with fully equipped kitchens, underfloor heating and make-up mirrors in the bathroom, as well as a desk, Smart TVs, Sky programme selection and streaming-capable WiFi. In summer, air conditioning in the flats ensures a cool head and restful nights.
With the in-house Louisa’s SPA, you can also enjoy a wellness experience in the centre of the city. In addition to a steam and Finnish sauna, all our guests have access to a freshly equipped fitness room including a VAHA mirror and a swimming pool for daily use free of charge. A private wellness area with pool is certainly rather atypical for an aparthotel of our size, but it shows how much we care about offering you the best possible service!
Which flats can you book at Louisa’s Place?
We have six different types of flats ranging from 40-117 square metres, depending on your needs and budget, we are sure to have the right offer for you. The room layout in almost all flats offers a separate sleeping and living area and therefore plenty of space for autonomy and individuality, especially for longer stays. Some flats also have their own conservatory and many also have a balcony, which invites you to linger at the most beautiful time of the year. A view of the Kurfürstendamm or the quiet inner courtyard means there are always new perspectives of the neighbourhood. Superior room with personality
As some of the superior rooms have a bedroom separated from the living room, they offer enough space to work and feel comfortable despite their size of only approx. 40 square metres.
Premium flat with character
All our premium apartments in Berlin are around 50 metres in size and have their own living room and a bedroom and living area. With that much space, others are already talking about a suite. Even if there are two or even three of you travelling to Berlin, it’s an ideal place for you to feel at home. And if it finally gets too cramped, there’s always a sunny spot on the balcony, which all our Premium Apartments have.
Family room for the whole kit and kaboodle
Our family rooms offer up to 70 square metres of generous space, giving all family members plenty of room to move around. A cosy living room separate from the bedroom with a breakfast bar or dining table offers you more options than any normal family room. There is also enough space for an extra bed on the sofa bed, a baby cot or even a high chair or plenty of luggage, so that everyone from young to old is well accommodated.
Our Deluxe Suites are particularly suitable for a longer stay in Berlin. Because if you want a little more space or are travelling as a small family of up to four people, then the Deluxe Suites with a floor area of around 60 square metres, similar to the family rooms, are the ideal feel-good place with plenty of storage space.
Grand Suite with greater individuality
Our Grand Suites, 75 square metres in size, are a very spacious retreat in the capital. Up to five people can stay here, comfortably spread over up to two separate bedrooms in addition to the living room. One or even two spacious balconies, which also invite you to linger, a desk, a cosy dining area by the kitchen and plenty of storage space provide the necessary room for individual development.
City living fit for royalty in Louisa’s Suite
A fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, a work area with a large desk, two spacious bedrooms each with a comfortable double bed, an inviting living room with an open-plan dining area, a bathroom with a bathtub in addition to the shower and, above all, plenty of space on a total of 117 square metres. In Louisa’s Suite, travellers or families of up to five people will find the ideal place to make themselves comfortable for short or long periods and to find peace and quiet in the sometimes hectic metropolis and have plenty of space.
